Elisa Bruder (Schwester) navigates somewhere between Performance, Physical theater, and Dance. She is a contemporary theater-maker (whatever that means). Combining self irony, political statements and a visual focus, she creates performances, either solo or through collective processes, that have been invited to events such as the Zürcher Theaterspektakel, the Mandala Festival in Wrocław, the Kultursommer Wien, and Toplocentrala in Sofia. With a Bachelor degree in visual arts (ZHdK Zurich), Grundausbildung Bühnentanz (contemporary&urban) and a master degree in Physical Theater at Accademia Dimitri, she is constantly searching for an own language.

She has worked with the Continuo Theatre Company in Czech Republic, Theater Marie, Bühne Aarau, is part of the dance company TeKiTeKua, collaborates repeatedly with the loose international collective "Feminist Brunch Team" and is the winner of the Nachwuchsförderung Tankstelle Bühne 2026.

Navigating between the didactics and dada, she is constantly questioning norms and traditions and likes to confront power structures with a middle finger. ha, ciao.
